Choose from Public, Unlisted, Followers-only, or Direct per post. Nootti applies the stricter of your account's default visibility and your per-post selection.
How Mastodon visibility works in Nootti
To prevent accidental over-sharing, Nootti applies the stricter setting between two values: your Mastodon account's default visibility and the visibility you select in the posting interface.
For example, if your Mastodon account defaults to Followers-only, a 'Public' post sent from Nootti will remain Followers-only. To post fully publicly, adjust the base default in your Mastodon instance settings first.

Why is my post showing with the wrong visibility?

No. Nootti focuses purely on the writing and cross-posting experience. For reading your Mastodon feed, we highly recommend dedicated clients such as Ivory or Mona.
